The Corporate Wellness services are part of Symbiosia Community Interest Company.
This means you’re not only enhancing your organisation’s performance by investing in wellbeing and reducing polarisation, but also enriching your corporate responsibility initiatives as our fees support the development of Symbiosia’s bold vision: a unique new residential social care model for the UK and our Community Programme: in-person support with form-filling and legal advice, free for those experiencing financial and emotional hardship.
It will therefore not surprise you that Symbiosia meets at least 12 of the 17 United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Symbiosia is part of the King’s College London Healthier Working Lives research programme and as such recognised as a Care Trailblazer.

Our Founder
Meet Esther Wiskerke MSc, born in The Netherlands, with London as her home, is Symbiosia’s visionary Founder. She has a wealth of corporate experience spanning the globe, has published academic articles, is a leader in Social Care and also serves as a Visiting Fellow at the London Metropolitan University. She is known for her authentic energy, balanced and revitalising approach to teaching as well as for her ability to induce deep relaxation. Esther takes pride that her insights and training are lauded for promoting collaboration and genuine understanding.
Her unique blend of academic depth, topical insights, and the ‘down-to-earth’ Dutch approach, complemented by a dash of humour and perceptive Mindfulness, make her one-to-one and team sessions exceptionally impactful.
